This Black Aluminum Heatsink have a layer of thermal adhesive that allow for easy installation on to your board. Just peel and stick. It reduces the risk of hardware failure due to overheating.

Installation Instructions:

• Make sure the chip modules are free form dirt and grease.
• Peel the protective liner off on the base of the heatsink.
• Apply the heatsinks to the corresponding chip modules and apply firm pressure.
