We are pleased and satisfied with everything you purchase from us.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order for a refund or exchange.

Only items purchased from Makerlab Electronics can be returned, exchanged or refund according to the following policy:

  • Item/s are under 1 week warranty (Manufacturing Defect) upon receipt of the customer.
  • When you received the item and it is not working within first use, please contact us immediately. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. If determined to be a manufacturer’s defect, we would send a new replacement of the same item/s for free.
  • Item/s damaged by the customer cannot be returned. If you do ship such item/s, we will not be responsible for processing and returning such item/s.
  • Exchange item/s must be the same price as the item you will return.
  • Returns or exchange item/s must have a return label on the package with a Return Reference Number. Please note that we are unable to process returns or exchanges without a reference number.
  • To get a reference number, you must first fill-out the Return/Exchange Request Form and send it to our email.
  • You will receive a Return/Exchange Form with a reference number. Fill-out the Form and enclose a copy in your package.
  • We will notify you via email once your Return/Exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed. Please note that your exchange item may not be available by the time your return is received.

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
