Ordering Procedure

  1. Look for the item/s you wish to purchase either using the search box in the upper portion of the website or view the list of categories in our Store page.
  2. If the product you want is in stock, click “add to cart” to add them to your online shopping cart. Be sure to change the quantity if you would be ordering more than one unit. If the product is unavailable or if you could not find it on our store, you may contact us.
  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout”, fill in the details, choose shipping and payment methods then click “Place order”
Payment Methods:
Direct bank transfer through our BDO or BPI bank accounts
For other methods (such as LBC remittance), indicate it on “Order notes” and we will contact you
  1. After placing your order, we would give you the details of our bank account if payment is via bank transfer.
Payment of orders received after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day.

Domestic Deliveries: For all our valued customers, we ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and securely throughout the Philippines. While we do not have a direct delivery service, we utilize reputable third-party couriers, such as Lalamove, LBC and J&T Express, for all our shipping needs. This approach allows us to offer delivery services to all major cities and towns across the country. Please note that while these couriers are not our partners, we choose them for their reliability and commitment to delivering your orders promptly and safely.

Shipping Charges

LBC Delivery: Shipping charges are based on LBC's current rates across different services, weights, and destinations.

Lalamove / Grab Delivery: Timely delivery based on courier service availability.

J&T Express Delivery: Shipping rates are determined by J&T Express’s pricing.

Pick Up in Store: Pickup options are generally available within the same day. No shipping charges apply.

Pickup Location

Pick Up in Store: Orders can be picked up at our location - 1231 Tomas Mapua St. Sta. Cruz, Manila. There are no shipping charges for in-store pickups.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment
