Order Guidelines

Ordering Procedure

  1. Look for the item/s you wish to purchase either using the search box in the upper portion of the website or view the list of categories in our Store page.
  1. If the product you want is in stock, click “add to cart” to add them to your online shopping cart. Be sure to change the quantity if you would be ordering more than one unit. If the product is unavailable or if you could not find it on our store, you may contact us.
  1. Click “Proceed to Checkout”, fill in the details, choose shipping and payment methods then click “Place order”
Payment Methods:
Direct bank transfer through our BDO or BPI bank accounts
For other methods (such as LBC remittance), indicate it on “Order notes” and we will contact you
  1. After placing your order, we would give you the details of our bank account if payment is via bank transfer.
Payment of orders received after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day.

Warranty and Return Policy

Due to the delicate nature of the products, items are under 1 week warranty (Manufacturing Defect) upon receipt of the customer.
When you received the item and it is not working within first use, please contact us immediately. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. If determined to be a manufacturer’s defect we would send a new replacement of the same item/s for free.
