Standard Warranty Policy
1. Limited Warranty
Our company provides a limited warranty on selected products sold, ensuring they are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use within the prescribed time (Please see this table for the list of warranty duration per category) from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
2. Coverage
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
2.1 Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
3. Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (Sales Invoice).
- Detailed description of the issue.
- Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable).
4. Return
- Once your warranty claim is approved, we will provide instruction for returning the product.
- Makerlab will take responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning select defective products. However, as we are covering the expense, we reserve the right to select the courier service that we determine to be the most suitable.
- We will repair or replace the defective product within a reasonable timeframe and return it to you at no additional cost.
Warranty Duration Post-Claim:
- Once a warranty claim has been made and processed, the warranty duration of the original item will continue to be in effect. Customers are entitled to file additional claims as long as the issues arise within the original warranty period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
6. Governing Law
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be resolved in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and other relevant local laws and regulations.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the date of the amendment.
Makerlab Return⁺ Program (Change of Mind Program)
1. General Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
2. Conditions for Return
- To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase (Sales Invoice) must be provided.
Note: Customers are entitled to submit only one return claim per transaction under the Makerlab Return⁺ Program. Once a return request has been initiated and processed for a specific order, no subsequent return claims for the same order will be accepted, regardless of the reasons provided. We strongly advise customers to thoroughly assess their purchases prior to initiating a return request to ensure that all items align with their expectations.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged.
- Products not purchased directly from our store or authorized resellers.
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team and request for the Return⁺ Program
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
5. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
If you opt for a full refund, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of the item.
- If you exchange your item for another product in our store, you’ll get the full value of your original item applied to the replacement. No restocking fee will be charged.
- If the replacement item costs less than your original item, the price difference will be refunded to you, but we’ll deduct a 10% restocking fee from that difference.
- Example: If the original item costs ₱100.00 and the replacement item costs ₱70.00, a 10% restocking fee will be charged on the ₱30.00 difference (₱3.00). You will be refunded ₱27.00.

- Normal wear and tear.
- Defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; accident; excess moisture; insects; lighting; power surges; packing or shipping procedures; loss of damage to or corruption of stored data; damages caused by use with non Creality products; product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by this modifications.
- Products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers.

Consumable parts with no warranty
• Complete Bambu Hotend and all its individual parts (Cooling Fan for Hotend, Ceramic Heater, Thermistor and Sillicone Sock for Hotend)

• Build plates, spare sheets for build plates, Glue Stick for Build Plate/Liquid Glue for Build Plate
• PTFE Tube and PTFE Tube Connector
• AMS Active Support Shaft Assembly, AMS Driven Support Shaft Assembly, and AMS Feeder Funnel Unit,AMS lite Spool Claw
• Filament Cutter Lever, Bambu Scraper, filament wipers, Bambu Activated Carbon Air Filter, Desiccant for AMS, filaments, etc.
These items are not covered under a specific warranty period, but Bambu Lab may replace them for manufacturing defects if the printer is still under warranty. Replacement decisions are at Bambu Lab's discretion and are final.
Only purchase receipts issued by Bambu Lab or distributors authorized by Bambu Lab are valid for warranty.
Documentation needed for a warranty service:
• Purchase receipt, invoice, and other relevant paperwork.
• A brief description of the product issue along with clear evidence of its presence (e.g., photos, videos, and log files where relevant).
Elegoo Resin Printer Warranty
1 Year Parts and Service
Other main parts of the machine (FEP & Tools Excluded)

- LCD screen: Resin leakage, scratch-resistant film damage, human damage, and collision damage are not included in the warranty.
- Resin tank: Installation tools and screws are not warranted.
- Build plate: Damage caused by scratches, drops, or bumps is not covered by the warranty.

A. Product is not from ELEGOO or distributors authorized by ELEGOO
B. Products without purchase receipt or any other sufficient proofs of purchase
C. Lost or stolen products
D. Items that have expired their warranty period
E. Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
F. Free products
G. Repaired by a third party or modified by an individual
H. Damage from outside sources
I. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: resin leakage, falls, and operating devices improperly)
J. Normal discoloration, wear, or consumption during product use
K. The LCD screen cannot provide an SN code
