• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.

When the item you received is malfunctioning within first use, please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you. If determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide a new replacement item.

Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%, which will be deducted from your refund.
