Product Description
Description:
The Hot End Kit is engineered to meet the demands of high-flow printing (up to 32mm/s). It features an integrated Ceramic Heating Element that provides rapid, uniform heat conduction, reaching printing temperatures significantly faster than standard cartridge heaters.
The assembly comes with a Brass-Hardened Steel Nozzle, combining the excellent thermal conductivity of brass with the abrasion resistance of hardened steel. This makes it a "universal" hotend capable of handling both standard PLA and abrasive engineering filaments like Carbon Fiber (PLA-CF/PA-CF) without rapid wear. The unit is fully pre-assembled, including the thermistor and heater wiring, for a true plug-and-play experience.
Features:
Ceramic Heating Technology: Uses a 60W circular ceramic heater for 360° uniform heating and rapid thermal recovery during high-speed moves.
All-Metal Heat Break: Prevents heat creep, allowing for continuous stable printing at temperatures up to 300°C.
Hardened Steel-Tipped Nozzle: Optimized for longevity when printing with composite and abrasive materials.
Widened Aluminum Heat Sink: Designed for maximum surface area to ensure efficient heat dissipation and prevent clogs in the cold zone.
Leak-Proof Design: Precision-machined seamless connection between the nozzle, heat break, and heater block to eliminate filament oozing.
Quick-Swap Integration: Modular design allows for the entire hotend to be replaced in minutes, including the pre-connected wiring loom.
