Product Description
Description
The Kexcelled K5™ PETG is a high-performance PETG filament engineered for strength, durability, and reliable printability. Designed to print almost as easily as PLA, this material offers excellent chemical resistance, heat performance, and dimensional stability—ideal for functional parts and prototypes.
Product Features
- Easy to Print: Feels similar to PLA in extrusion ease and flow behavior.
- Tough & Impact Resistant: Reinforced toughness makes it ideal for mechanical and outdoor parts.
- Heat & Chemical Resistance: Heat deflection temperature around 70–80 °C; resists detergents, oils, solvents, and other common chemicals.
- Excellent Dimensional Accuracy: Diameter tolerance is tightly controlled at ± 0.03 mm to ensure uniform extrusion and part quality.
- Vacuum-Sealed Packaging: Includes desiccant to maintain low moisture for consistent printing performance.

Safety Precautions:
- Always print in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
- Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
- Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
- Unplug the printer when not in use.
- Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
- Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
- Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
PETG
- Low odor but still print with airflow or ventilation.
- Allow the printed part to cool down before removing or handling.
