Product Description
Description:
Kexcelled's K5™ ABS is a general 3D printing filament renowned for its durability, strength, and heat resistance. This versatile material is ideal for a wide range of applications, from functional prototypes to intricate models.
Features:
Low Warpage & Low Shrinkage: Molecular-level modifications reduce thermal stress, resulting in less warping and cracking compared to standard ABS.
High Strength & Durability: Provides superior impact resistance and mechanical stability for robust, long-lasting parts.
Excellent Interlayer Adhesion: Improved Z-axis strength ensures printed layers bond securely, enhancing the overall mechanical integrity of the model.
High Heat Resistance: Suitable for applications that require temperature stability, with a heat deflection temperature of approximately 85 °C.
Stable Printing Performance: Features excellent process stability, good flow behavior, and minimal risk of tangles, bubbles, or clogs.
Low VOC Formulation: Treated to produce a lower odor during printing, contributing to a safer printing environment.

Safety Precautions:
- Always print in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
- Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
- Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
- Unplug the printer when not in use.
- Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
- Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
- Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
