Product Description
Description:
Kexcelled K5 PETG Matte is a premium Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printer filament that combines the ease of printing of PETG with a unique, non-reflective matte finish. This formulation is designed to minimize the visible layer lines and reduce the glossy appearance typical of standard PETG, resulting in a sophisticated, smooth, and professional-looking final print. It offers the high toughness, good heat resistance, and chemical stability characteristic of PETG, making it an excellent choice for functional parts and aesthetic models where a non-shiny surface is desired.
Features:
Matte Surface Finish: Reduces glossiness and minimizes the visibility of layer lines for a refined, professional look.
Easy to Print: Engineered to have better printability than traditional PETG, with reduced stringing and warping issues under optimal settings.
High Toughness: Offers better impact resistance and durability compared to PLA.
Good Heat Resistance: Retains shape and structure at higher temperatures than PLA.
Dimensional Accuracy: Highly consistent filament diameter ensures smooth and reliable extrusion.
Chemical and Water Resistance: PETG is known for its resistance to moisture and various chemicals, making it suitable for functional parts.

Safety Precautions:
- Always print in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
- Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
- Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
- Unplug the printer when not in use.
- Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
- Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
- Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
PETG
- Low odor but still print with airflow or ventilation.
- Allow the printed part to cool down before removing or handling.
