SONIC I2C Unit is an ultrasonic distance sensor module that utilizes the I2C interface for communication. This allows for easy integration into I2C-based systems and enables the operation of multiple sensors using a single bus, optimizing I/O resource usage.
The module is equipped with an RCWL-9620 ultrasonic distance measurement chip and features a 16mm probe. The ranging accuracy of the sensor can reach from 2cm to 450cm, with an accuracy level of up to ±2%. This level of precision makes it suitable for applications that require accurate distance measurements.
