Description:

The Triple Axis Acceleration and Gyroscope Module (HW-123) is a compact, low-power Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) sensor board commonly based on the MPU-6050 integrated circuit. This module is capable of simultaneously measuring 3-axis acceleration and 3-axis angular velocity (gyroscope). It combines a 3-axis MEMS gyroscope and a 3-axis MEMS accelerometer, along with an on-chip Digital Motion Processor (DMP) that can process complex 6-axis fusion data directly on the sensor.

The module communicates with microcontrollers (like Arduino or Raspberry Pi) via the I²C bus, making it highly popular for robotics, drone control, gesture recognition, and motion tracking projects. Crucially, this version is shipped unsoldered, meaning the user must solder the included male pin headers onto the PCB before it can be integrated into a breadboard or project circuit.
