The Nozzle Board is the communication nerve center for Neptune 4's toolhead. Rather than running a dozen individual wires through the cable drag chain, Elegoo uses this board to consolidate the connections for the heater cartridge, thermistor, cooling fans, and the inductive leveling sensor.
This board is specifically designed to handle the high-current demands of Neptune 4's high-speed printing capabilities. It is a common replacement part if the printer experiences intermittent "Nozzle Temperature" errors, fan failures, or if the inductive probe stops triggering due to connector fatigue or a short circuit during a nozzle leak.
