The Nozzle Heating Interface Board is a secondary daughterboard that connects directly to the main toolhead communication board. Its primary role is to bridge the power from the main umbilical cable to the heating element and the thermistor of the nozzle assembly.
This board is designed for quick-swap functionality. By isolating the heating electronics onto this small interface, Elegoo allows users to replace the heating block or the entire nozzle assembly without needing to disturb the more complex sensors on the primary communication board. It is built with thickened copper traces to handle the high amperage required for rapid nozzle heating.
