Product Description
Description:
The K5™ PETG GF is a high-performance filament that combines easy printing with the strength of glass fiber reinforcement. It offers superior strength, reduced warping, excellent print quality, and a variety of color options.
Features:
Glass Fiber Reinforced: Enhanced strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability compared to standard PETG.
Easy to Print: Maintains good processability and low warping of standard PETG.
Excellent Mechanical Properties: High toughness and impact resistance.
Matte/Frosted Finish: Creates a slightly rough, professional surface texture that minimizes the visibility of layer lines.
Low Warpage: Glass fiber content reduces the risk of warping, especially for large models.
Clogging Prevention: Designed for easy printing with a focus on preventing nozzle clogs.
UV Resistance: Inherits the good UV and weather resistance of PETG.
Accuracy: High filament diameter tolerance ensures consistent extrusion.
Specification:

Recommended Nozzle: Hardened Steel or wear-resistant nozzle (Glass fiber is abrasive)
Safety Precautions:
- Always print in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid breathing the fumes while printing.
- Do not touch the nozzle, heated bed, or printed object right after printing — let it cool down first before handling.
- Keep the printer and filament away from children and pets.
- Unplug the printer when not in use.
- Store the filament in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture.
- Wear gloves and a mask when sanding, cutting, or handling printed parts.
- Keep away from open flames — most filaments are flammable.
PETG
- Low odor but still print with airflow or ventilation.
- Allow the printed part to cool down before removing or handling.
All GF (Glass Fiber) Filaments
- (PET GF, ASA GF, Nylon GF, etc.)
- Glass fiber dust can irritate skin and eyes — always wear gloves, goggles, and a mask.
- Handle printed parts carefully, and let them cool down first before touching.
- Use ventilation while printing.
- Use a hardened steel nozzle to avoid nozzle damage.
