Yihua 899D-II Rework Station

Description:

The Yihua 899D-II hot air rework station comes with a hot air gun and soldering iron, suitable for soldering and de-soldering components of SOIC (small outline integrated circuit), CHIP card, QFP (quad flat package), PLCC (plastic leaded chip carrier), BGA (Ball Grid Array), and SMD (surface mounted device).

Features:

• Digital temperature correction function: When the temperature appears deviation because of environmental impact or replacing the spare parts such as heating element, soldering iron, you can use this function to correct.
• Celsius / Fahrenheit Temperature Display Function: The temperature display mode designed to meet the needs of different regions of the market and it can be selected according to your customary interests.
• Sleep Mode: The soldering rework station has a status self-detection function, if the equipment is in static motion for a set time, the system will go to sleep and the temperature of soldering iron & soldering wick will decrease to 200℃. This function can effectively prevent the soldering iron from oxidizing, which prolongs the lifespan as well as saves energy.
• Hot Air Gun Protection Function: The heater will stop heating if any abnormal situation happens for higher safety assurance.
• Cold/Hot Air Switch: Switch from cold or hot air by pressing the button, the cold air function is especially designed to cool down heated elements processing.
